I figured out that he doesn’t like getting water in his face, so I use a washcloth on his face, instead of washing it with the shower head. After some time, I was able to lure him into the shower with a bone, which he gets afterwards. He now tolerates bath time and even walks into the shower by himself when I open the door for him, no bribes 🙂 Good boy!
