In reply to Carolin. Our Border Collie CHOSE our cat. Great buddies and both would follow us to the bathroom. We called them Mr. & Mrs. Peebuddy... The Border Collie would sing when I drove into the driveway, and later on, all the time! Alas, all good things come to an end. Looking forward to seeing her again.

pit bulls are the most loyal dogs, they are just misunderstood, my dog makes sure me and my family is protected at all times, pit bulls are number one, forever.

In reply to Jen Chancey. Well they do so they understand there are many other loyal breeds of course but I definitely thought I’d see a pug. My older one passed and was rediculously obsessed with our family but my current one practically chokes and loses her mind when I come home even for a few minutes. Stares at door waiting for me when others are still here! Cracks me up and also makes me sad if anything happens to me:-(

Schnauzers ARE indeed wonderfully loyal and loving.

I’ve had 3 VASTLY DIFFERENT wonderful breeds

I agree with the other comment that most well-loved and well-treated dogs are inherently loyal.

Though a friend laughs and says his Shih Tzus aren’t loyal — they just love EVERYBODY!

Enjoy every moment with your dogs as they leave us FAR TO SOON!
