I have had a couple of dogs like that, every time a particular member of the family would visit, they would be in a barking frenzy even before they knocked on the door, and sometimes they would get a yank at the ankles!

I looked after an Australian Terrier for a friend while they were away. The dog slept on the bed with me and one night at around 3am the dog woke me up barking hysterically, I turned on the touch lamp and saw how terrified she was with her fur sticking up on her back, I tried to calm her down and it took ages, as I turned the touch lamp off I became aware that there was a presence next to the side of my bed, when I looked over to see what it was, I saw the ghost of a little girl maybe around 5 or 6, she was dressed in a cream pinafore with a matching bonnet. I wondered where she had came from as hadn’t had a ghost in the house before. I wasn’t afraid of her, but she certainly had frightened the dog. As I’m an Empath I felt for her and she communicated to me that her name was Aggie and she had drank poisonous water, she then disappeared. The next day after talking to my friend that had stored some antique furniture in my garage I was to discover from him that the little girl ghost was connected to a drug and medicine cabinet he had purchased at a garage sale. He said it was from the 1800’s and that he had seen the little girl ghost too the same night be bought it. I told him what she had communicated to me about drinking poisonous water and he said it was possible she had gotten into the drug and medicine cabinet and drank maybe arsenic as that is a clear liquid. The cabinet could have been the last thing she saw before she died. If it hadn’t been for me looking after that Australian Terrier I might not have had that encounter with the little girl ghost. There is no doubt in my mind that dogs 🐕 can definitely sense and see ghosts.
